(CHM) has been officially evaluated as operating at Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 2 in development of applications software for customers. The Carnegie Mellon SEI Capability Maturity Model is the standard for measuring an organizations software development maturity level. The Software Capability Evaluation was conducted by three independent SEI-authorized evaluators, including two lead evaluators. Based on the evidence collected during the stringent evaluation process, the evaluators determined that CHM fully satisfies CMM Level 2 Key Process Areas (KPAs) and has a CMM base rating of Level 2: Repeatable Process Capability."
