We have an urgent need for skilled process consulting engineers to join our development team and to assist our customers in the effective use of our products.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Define/develop software engineering and systems engineering processes
• Assist customers in deploying and using our process deployment and project management systems

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is strongly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills (face-to-face and phone)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing
• High energy, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical and logic skills
• Proof of US Citizenship or authorization to work in the US
• Non-Smoker

Experience Requirements (at least one of the following):

• Minimum 3 years Product, Technical, or Management Consulting/Support
• Minimum 3 years Software Engineering
• Minimum 3 years Project Management or Software Engineering Management

Desired Additional Experience

• Working knowledge and experience in process design and process design tools
• Working knowledge and experience with SW-CMM and CMMI SE/SW/IPPD
• Experience in conducting classroom training, workshops, group facilitation, and client presentations

Compensation history must be verifiable. Positions are available in Northern Virginia.
