| Rebecca Bowerman - President |
Rebecca Bowerman joined pragma SYSTEMS in 1990, as President
and CEO. Ms. Bowerman is a recognized expert in software process
improvement, including the Software Engineering Institute’s
(SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM), and is licensed by the SEI
as a Lead Assessor.
With over 20 years of experience in management, computer science,
and software engineering, her expertise has benefited industry,
government and research organizations. Prior to joining pragma SYSTEMS, Ms. Bowerman directed the Software Center at the MITRE
Corporation in McLean, Virginia, managing 105 professional staff
and their research and development computer systems.
Ms. Bowerman began her career at Bell Laboratories in the No.
1 Electronic Switching System Laboratory, and later developed a
configuration management system for Bell Laboratories’ Software
Technology Center. She was recruited by Computer Sciences Corporation
to manage and design an early Ada configuration management system
and to ensure the delivery of a programming support environment
for the Rome Air Development Center.
A graduate of the University of Texas, Ms. Bowerman has a B.S.
in Computer Sciences. She earned an M.S. in Computer Sciences from
Northwestern University.

| Donn Milton - Executive Vice
President |
Dr. Donn Milton has more than 25 years of experience
in software project management, software development, and the
practice of government contract law. He joined pragma SYSTEMS in 1997 to lead its transformation from consulting to commercial
product development.
Prior to joining pragma SYSTEMS, Dr. Milton was a Group
Vice President at IIT Research Institute, where he managed
over 300 personnel with annual revenues of $37 Million. Dr.
Milton began his career at Bell Laboratories and later co-founded
the Verdix Corporation, where he performed many corporate
management functions, including a successful initial public
offering.
Dr. Milton holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics
from Cornell University, a doctorate in computer sciences
from the University of Wisconsin, and is also a graduate
of the George Washington University Law School, where he
specialized in government contract law.
